About The BPM Group
The BPM Group is the brainchild of KeyMark Inc. executives. They knew that years and years of experience with all aspects of business process management automation was something that should be shared.
The BPM Group is the semi-independent and vendor-neutral division of KeyMark, Inc. Our consultants work with organizations to understand and redesign high-value collaborative and transactional business processes to: increase efficiency, reduce costs, speed transaction times, and meet compliance regulations. The BPM Group focuses on processes rather than tools.
Since 1996, KeyMark has automated business and compliance processes using Electronic Content Management (ECM), Electronic Document Management (EDM), Advanced Data Capture, and workflow tools and systems. The BPM Group was launched to share with new and existing clients the years of hands-on experience that KeyMark’s consultants have in all aspects of Business Process Management.
Three items set the BPM Group apart from both our competitors and KeyMark, our parent organization.
First, we focus on processes rather than tools. Selection of tools to implement redesigned processes is a secondary activity to designing a proper business process. In many cases — and in keeping with our clients’ goals of doing more with less — BPM Group can often show where clients’ existing tools can be used to implement redesigned business processes. This use of existing resources limits retraining and software licensing costs.
Second, The BPM Group is independent of specific vendor tie-ins. While KeyMark as a whole represents and implements many elite business process implementation toolsets, the BPM Group does not have vendor sales or implementation quotas. Our quotas are for customer satisfaction and quantitative business process improvements. We guard this independence.
Finally, in addition to the deep business background of the BPM Group staff consultants, we can also call upon a growing group of independent consultants with whom we have worked successfully in the past, to provide subject matter expertise and specific knowledge across a broad array of businesses.
Over the years, our consultants have analyzed, defined, refined, and replaced numerous business processes. We have selected systems best able to support revised business processes and we have implemented them. We hold ourselves accountable for the results of these analyses, selections, and implementations by directly managing the resulting business systems and the staff that work them — with profit and loss responsibility.
